We’re looking for local authors who want to connect with readers, sell and sign books, and be part of a warm, community-focused event!

Location: Brunwick Court– Fort Smith, AR

Event Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Setup: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Admission: FREE to the public

What Authors Get:

• Meet & greet with readers

• Sell and sign your books

• Participate in Author Bingo & Book Passport activities

• Opportunity to speak during Author Stage Talks (2:00–4:00 PM)

• Promotion on event social media and materials

Author Participation Details:

• Fee: $25 per author

• Requirement: Donate one copy of your book

• Important: All fees are non-refundable (no exceptions for cancellations or no-shows)

Please Note:

• Authors must bring their own table, chair, and display

• No electricity will be available

• Authors are expected to stay for the duration of the event
